About:
We tell the deeper stories of Cape Cod — its people, heritage, and wild coastline through compelling short documentaries and digital media. As audiences shift to streaming for the content they watch, we bring Cape Cod’s history, culture and marine environment to life for a 21st century world.
From working waterfronts to fragile ecosystems, Cape Tide Productions gives voice to the places that matter to us — meeting people on screens, in homes, and at community events.
Cape Cod’s past shapes its future. We’re here to illuminate the journey — beautifully, truthfully, and with heart.

Angela McNerney
Documentary Filmmaker
Angela McNerney is the co-founder of Cape Tide Productions and a seasoned storyteller. Having worked for Lower Cape TV/Cape Cod News for the past six years, she has shared powerful stories of Cape Cod locals, history, and the ever-changing coastline through documentaries and digital media.
Expanding her role as Coast & Climate Reporter, she is now pursuing her own production company with fellow producer Jeff Norgeot to continue to create quality films about Cape Cod.
Running a start-up nonprofit in Troy, New York and working as a freelance writer for many years, Angela illuminated her love for a ‘good story’ in a cross-section of media. She has a knack for mining the extraordinary from the ordinary. As an extension of that, her work with Jeff Norgeot sprung from a boat ride and a good conversation.

Jeff Norgeot
Producer
Jeff Norgeot is a co-producer at Cape Tide Productions. He lives in South Orleans, Massachusetts with his wife Gretel. A fourth generation Cape Codder, Jeff grew up playing and working on the shores of Cape Cod.
A childhood steeped in nature, Jeff found a common thread in these wild places that has woven its way throughout his life and career.
Jeff’s professional career in marine construction offered numerous opportunities to appreciate the local environment and gave him a solid understanding of the fragile ecosystem that surrounds all of us on the Cape.
Jeff has written two poetry books about the wild parts of Cape Cod and now helps to produce documentaries and stories about what’s at stake, what’s been lost and the richness of what remains within the history and marine environment of the Cape.
